America was founded upon a quality that is invitingly sweet but yet, deceptive. This quality is Freedom. There are many kinds of freedom: Freedom of Speech, Religion, Sexual preference and many more. The purposes of this book is to aspound on these aspects of freedom as they relate to our values, principles and morality in present-day society. Paradise Lost: The Unraveling of American Morals is written from a common perspective as a way of touching the inner most parts of man which are the soul, mind and spirit that are common and essential ingredients of a prosperous society.
My challenge to you is to ask yourself, " what do I think about the problems"? How can I help? What must I do for my child to receive a quality education? What must I do to change the beliefs of the people I touch and contact each day? How can we as Americans solve our moral dilemma and improve our actions, because we must pass the torch of morality to the next generation? That torch is burning the bridges that subsequent generations must cross , and it is resulting in a society without natural affection, goals, ambition, respect , work ethic and reverence for God.
